    Title: Blood River Outskirts - camera position below ground

    Details: While trading with NPC the camera can be positioned below ground and look up the leg of the NPC

    Steps to Reproduce: Trade with Blacksmith NPC and adjust camera position

    User Specs: AMD FX-8350 8 core 4.01GHz, 16Gb, Win7 Pro, NVIDIA GeForce GTX750Ti
