A couple of main quest books we do not get to keep a copy of

There's a couple of books that while doing the main quest (and doing a side quest) that we don't get to keep a copy of. I can't think of any exploitable(?) reason at all why we could not get a copy of these (a non quest version copy that is just a normal plain book copy of the quest item book). Unless there's some other reason why?

The two books are:

Homily of Perri the Unchained (You have to give this to Perri in The Halls Of Artifice)
Report from the Council of Might (You have to give this to an NPC in the Crypt of the Avatar)

Technically, players can make a copy of this book themselves, but perhaps we could get a copy of these 2 books with perhaps a unique cover? Just as a sort of trophy like book item, similar to the very cool Paq Toj Nach Blq (Nach Blq's Book of Magic - copy), which has that unique black glowing/flowing book cover.
