A Deed Problem!!

    I don't know if I am posting this in the wrong place? I up graded my account to an Edelmann and I went the banker and claimed all the rewards but I was supposed to get a village lot deed but I cant find it...looked everywhere? What to do? Am I supposed to go somewhere special to claim it?? Help!!

    Greetings Gairlock, did you look, alphabetically, under 'tax-free' in the stuff in the bank? I know that threw me once or twice.

    Keep trying to claim it. Sometimes they rewards don't show up right away. Others have seen this and after a while it shows up.

    Open the bank and click the "Claim Rewards" button. Then try hitting the "U" key. This brings up a list of deeds that you have and shows the location. That *might* help.

    yeah, the claim rewards button is relatively new. It hitched me up a few times. Let us know if that doesn't do the trick.

    It can take up to 24h before the store DB sync with the game DB. So just try that "claim rewards" button again tomorrow.

    I had to email support when I upgraded to Edlemann, my deed wasn't there either. took about a week with support and they got it fixed.
