A "Forensics" skill

    Every time I run across one of those ghostly skeletons in a zone that are the remains of players in other instances, I have wondered, "Who was that?" How about a new skill that would tell us the character name? Completely useless from a game mechanic perspective, but kinda fun.

    Make it so the length of time since the character died requires a higher skill level.

    Subterfuge maybe? Or under Focus?

    Or, just a general thing that doesn't require a skill ... just a "tool tip".
