    The NPC Damai has a clone. However, it don't react to double click on it.

    The NPC may have been busy and just didn't want to respond for some reason as well.

    Likely. I have been getting a lot of "This NPC is currently busy. Please wait a few moments." of late. It seems to me that the same bug is showing itself in different ways.
