A red fog like surounds my viewing area after using Immolation

4: I first entered the game in Grag Foothills ( Thats were I was before ) and started to fight, right after I used the Immolation skill is when the fog like effect that now surrounds my viewing area appeared.

Another thing I wanted to add is that after dying It still did not go away after I resurrected..

 

This is actually a known issue! This is one of the new Low Health indicators that occur when you take damage and approach death. You can disable it by toggling off the option in the Game Options menu (should be right at the bottom). The issue of it persisting after resurrection is known and we expect to resolve it asap.
