    Hi, i know wiki got the tables but it does not tell what skills require for each options. Any more detail page explaining how it works?

    There is THIS RESSOURCE in the official forums that will give you a great idea of what you can and cannot get on specific items. Do not look at the actual numbers (not skill levels but actual enchant/Masterwork output numbers) as those can change a lot due to skill levels, and I don't think the thread includes Heavyweight enchants/masterworks (basically the 2 handed version of them, usually 2x as powerful as the 1h version). This is usually what I look at when planning a new item I require.
