Abigail quest in Soltown doesn't work, no objectives

    1) Talk to Abigail in Soltown. She will mention she last saw her daughter Charlotte in Solace Bridge, and she asks you to find info about her. I don't believe I even got a quest objective for this.
    2) Go to solace bridge and ask Edvard about "charlotte". He will say he found her corpse.
    3) Talk to Abigail. There is no option to tell her about her daughter.
