Able to talk to npc with weapon drawn

    Reproduction Rate: Always
    Blocker?
    Details: Not sure if its intended now, but I am able to talk to NPC with sword drawn. Was able to swing blade at Milde.
    Steps to Reproduce: talk to nearby NPC.
