Able to text other player even if we are ghost.

The small text window in SOTA is for the communication between players. It is not only a gameplay feature but is also a real world feature. So why we cannot talk to other player when we are a ghost? If it is only a part of the gameplay, why would two players be able to talk to each other even if they are far apart?

I request that even when we are a ghost in game. We should be able to use the talk window to talk to other players in game.

 

We have noble discourse orbs. Maybe we should have other discourse orbs? In which case no orb would be accessible from the spirit world.

 

i think the oOOoooOOO speak is only there for tradition. I'd get teamspeak or discord as a workaround. Beats typing especially that silly /G or /l and then it goes out of chat, so you start typing and everything pops up or screws up. changing channels should leave you IN the chat box.

Yeah, you can type /l message <enter>, etc. as a one liner, but on a consistent basis I have issues because I am or am not focused on the chat box when I thought I was (or wasn't)

 

i get it now, and just tried it. if you type /l but hit enter next, you get booted out of chat. if you type /l and then SPACE next, still in the chatbox.
