[Fixed 70032] Acara's Shield Common not deco placeable.

    Title: Acara's Shield of Defiance, Common not deco placeable.
    Reproduction Rate: Easy
    Blocker? No
    Details: Loot an Acara's Shield of Defiance, Common. Try to place it as deco on a lot and see that it cannot be placed. Note, it can be equipped and shows the basic triangle shield artwork.
    Steps to Reproduce: Obtain an Acara's Shield of Defiance, Common. Move to a lot that you own that has available deco space. Click and drag the shield attempting to place it as deco. Notice how the triangle shield static artwork remains on click and drag instead of the 3d object.

    partially fixed. i got a preview with a modern common, but not for a common legacy version

    I'm still seeing what Alley Oop mentioned, working with the "regular" Common shield, not the the Legacy version in build 1512
