Accessing Universe chat..

I couldn't find any support area (and after watching Chris's live streams - who got me into the game - from what was mentioned about support atm I'm probably better off asking players here anyway heh.)

Anyway, I enjoy the game so forked up the 2 bucks for the Orb. Clicked on the link, paid the money, bla bla bla. I have the email saying it went though and my bank statement says the same. But I still can't chat in Universal it spits out the same message with a link to purchase the orb!

Can someone please tell me what the hell I need to do. I'm rather disappointed because I think this great game would be losing a lot of players over things like this. If a 2 buck chat function doesn't work after purchase then why hell would anyone risk spending more?

Top right icon, open that chest, I bet it is in there. You need to carry it in your inventory to use chat!
