Add a "Favorites" tab to the inventory window

    Might be nice to be able to mark a small set of frequently used items as "Favorites" so they then show up in a special Favorites tab.

    This way you could have a set of these frequently used items (which could be of different types) for easy access without taking up non-combat hotbar space.
