I would like to see a cooldown reduction property added to the game, which would reduce the cooldown timer on all glyphs.

I think it would help locked and unlocked decks alike.

It could exist in multiple places:
    * An Innate skill in the focus tree, it would be next to "Inner Calm" below "Quick Swapping" - it could be called "Predilection" could provide a %cooldown reduction attribute.
    * Bludgeon masterworking proficiencies greater than 50 could provide Staves and Wands with a %cooldown reduction attribute.
    * An Artifact could provide cooldown reduction at the cost of +X% increase in focus cost.

    OR
Allow cooldown reduction, but create a fizzle penalty for casting the same glyphs over and over.

The idea would be that for every second that your cooldown reduction reduced, it would contribute some amount of fizzle to the spell until the full cooldown would have been realized. This could be reduced by the amount of cards you have in your deck.

    * Reduce the cooldown of all glyphs by X% where X is the cooldown reduction.
    * For any magic glyph - after cooldown finishes add a fizzle penalty for the glyph that lessens until the glyph's normal cooldown would have passed (the X% provided by cooldown reduction).

I really don't want another required skill. The unlocked glyph cooldown is just to severe.

It would be better to just tie it to the amount of skill in each tree. So if you put a lot into swords you are faster at using the skill same for magic. Which would make a lot more sense immersion wise cause if you practice something you will generally get faster at it.
