adding buff description to instrument artifacts

It would be helpful if the instrument artifacts would have added either a sentence referencing the buffs given or a listing similar to with weapons and armors that is opened up w/ the control key which mentions the music type (e.g., Soothing Music, Chaotic Music, etc.), or both.

It is not so difficult to recall what each item does but having that information on the item itself would make things easier.

 

I saw some instruments on a Public Vendor the other day, but there was no description for the item. I'm sure this will cause problems for people trying to sell/trade these nondescript items.
