Adding pockets of higher tier mobs

Love this idea. Love how it's consistantly being done each release.

Just need to make sure XP and loot scales. Right now I go try these out to see what's new and leaved challenged with the fight and dissipointed in the loot and experience they provide. Please keep these things in mind when adding new content.

Also please consider the possibility of rare spawns that would be very rare and have a higher increased opportunity for special unique to that mob loot.
