Adventure level?

Is there a way to be able to tell your adventure level .... if so, how? if not, why not? Thank you ...

 

I just logged testing something I remember from awhile ago. I do not know how long it has not been there but the "v" key used to bring up the stats. I am not sure how you find your adventure level now. Sorry

 

I miss the "v" key Now you must type:

/stats

in your chat box. Unfortunately, it no longer displays your stats there. Starting this release, it now creates a file and stores it in one of your folders (I haven't found it yet...) Very frustrating (I am a numbers person, so I would rather see more numbers, rather than fewer...)

 

/stats puts it here.
"C:\Users\<YOUR-USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Portalarium\Shroud of the Avatar\ChatLogs"

JUst search for ChatLogs seems to find it and nothing else seems to be using that same name.

 

I prefer a key to hit in game that will give your adv. lvl ....

 

I have to echo this as well, please give us some sort of key or button we can press to get adventure level and other stat information!

 

I'm guessing they want to get rid of us knowing what our adentuerer level is eventually? Still, this seems an incredibly obtuse way of doing it.

 

yeah its annoying having to search the files to get something so simple as Adventure level. But as always they tweak or omit something useful for something not useful. Frankly i hate that low exp icon popping up. Its annoying as hell. Even though i have low exp i still get gains on skills...its just low chance. I had 0 exp the other day and still got gains but was not as often as other times. Maybe its a bug i dont know. I had crafting exp still so i guess thats where it came from. Who knows.

/stats
Then
/data folder opens the location for chat logs.

Open first text file in chat logs folder and scroll all the way to bottom. Block of text on last line starts with your adventure level.

 

They should delete all 'numbers' on stats and skills and let it be just a vague feeling!!!

 

Lovely @Umuri has written a little app that parses all the logs and lets you easily see your adv level. It runs while SOTA runs, you type /stats in SOTA, and then the app has all the numbers!

I do not know either. All I know is the thugs and elder wolves have yellow name tags.

 

FWIW, Elders are still yellow to me at 71. I knew I made 70 when the Ebon Cultists went green.

In Linux:
"~/.config/Portalarium/Shroud of the Avatar/ChatLogs"

Logs are stored as "SotAChatLog_[charactername]_[YYYY-MM-DD].txt"

Ya currently it's technically a base stat so should be visible without going into text files.
