Aerie: Can walk through the Windmills (they are not solid)

    Title: Able to walk through the 3 platform windmills in Aerie (they are not solid)
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: There are 3 windmills on a platform in Aerie. I can walk through them (see pic below).
    Steps to Reproduce: walking there
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 960 @ 3.20GHz (8) System RAM: 12279
    GPU: ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series GPU RAM: 1006
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.393.Date.03.07.16
    Area: Novia_R7_City_Aerie
    Loc: (-133.2, 39.9, 178.8) - this is location shown in pic below, while I was standing inside of the windmills.
