Details: At the top of the castle interior steps there is a door. The cursor turns green as if it is an interactable object. Upon pressing E to interact with the door, the "door open" sound effect is heard, but the door remains closed. There is no indication that it is locked. Do not know if this is a game mechanics failure or if the door is locked and not indicating to the player that it can not be opened.

Was able to fix by logging out and then logging back in after a system crash. Crash report sent.
