Aetheric feedback underwhelming

A little extra focus is nice, but I'm not seeing much of a difference in focus regen after a crit. It doesn't specify on the tooltip how much focus regen we're getting, but when I look at buff icon it says 16 focus over 10 sec at level 30-ish on top of the +30 focus bonus. BUT both appear to just increase the maximum amount of focus and no change noticeable to focus regen rate after a crit. In fact nothing on the tooltip or buff icon indicate any change after a crit. Wish the tooltip would clarify a bit. Anyone else notice any difference? I the patch notes it said a "large" amount of focus after a critical hit ... I'm underwhelmed. 16 of out 770 focus is not a "large" amount. Will keep pushing skill to GM and see what happens.
