[Fixed] After death ankh not working. Even after the scrollbar finishes still dead...

    I died so I walked my ghost to the local ankh. It scrolled normally, but when the scrollbar expired, I remained dead and the screen went black. I found that if I moved around the screen would partially restore but there were still places where the screen went black.As I moved around near the ankh the screen wavered a lot like it was crazy. After the big timer ran out, I remained dead. I went over to another ankh and it did no good either.
