Agriculture, bug or feature?

I can set up a planting bed indoors, plant the seeds water them once but unable to water again and they dont grow past sproutlings... I harvested my rooftop crops and moved those beds out and moved the ones from sproutlings up to roof, it allowed me to water them... although when I took them out of inventory they flashed with completed plants just as I set the beds down then went back to sproutlings... I will check them tomorrow to see if they grow and update thread.

Another thing... I was able to set up planting bed halfway over the stairway on second floor of small keep... tight squeeze getting past it but I don't think thats intended.

Also my immortality fruit won't bloom, stays a sproutling in a planting pot out front of my keep, wont let me water it any more either just the first time after planting.
