    I love this thread! I'm proud to count all these fine folks who have posted before among my in-game friends and to add my name to the list of those who are happy to help as well.

    My in game name is Margaritte McLean, and I'm West Coast USA. I have GM's in Ranged Combat, Healing Touch and Healing Ray, so please contact me if you would like to apprentice those skills or just want someone to hunt with or ask a question. I'm also content to follow around tanky types (or pretty much anyone) and spam healing spells at them :D

    Need help understanding leveling? You can ask me as I am studying this now.. ( Discovered something interesting yesterday about gaining XP by balancing some of your secondary skills )

    Also I have 500 Sulfurous Ash to give away.. IF you need to it level up some fire skills then just whisper me :)

    Meteoric blade with Constantan hilt is my personal favorite, especially with a crit success for the +3 str. Don't forget to add a gem to it for sparkles ^.^

    Welcome! In SotA PVP is consensual, so you needn't fear being attacked unless you flag yourself for open PVP (you can do that at the Oracle by asking her to remove her protection) or purposefully enter a PVP area. Currently I know of two Shardfalls (Verdantis and Grunvald Shardfall) which are PVP enabled, some arenas, an NPC island town (The Brave Coast) and several POTs (Player-Owned-Towns). Players can also choose to enable PVP in the basements of their homes I believe. Luckily, you get a warning whenever you enter a PVP enabled area, so you can back out and choose not to enter after all. If you join a guild and they go to war with another guild, you are flagged PVP, but there are ways to avoid combat.
