Air Balloon can not be freely placed in dynamic POT

    In the add-on store description for the Hot Air Balloon it states this item can be placed in dynamic player owned towns. I have run around my POT with this thing trying to place it on the flat spots. It will not place anywhere.

    I have a balloon placed in my POT. I picked it up to move it. Now I can't place it down anywhere.
