    1. Title: Jeremy the Air Master Trainer is not where he was
    2. Reproduction Rate: Every time
    3. Blocker? Can't raise skills
    4. Details: In both Solo (off-line play) and online play, Jeremy is not at the docks in Kingsport.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Logged in both ways, couldn't find, exited, tried again, repeated several times.
    6. User Specs: high end stuff, GTX970, i5 processor, win10...

    I can confirm he's not there in friends-only mode. Did he get moved?
