Alchemy enchanting how to raise it?

    Like the titel. How do i raise the enchanting skill. if i use it (handmade short bow and 5 gold bar 10 mandrade) i get the mesage that i need lvl20 in enchanting.
    don't know how to get to 20.

    have you patched? that should have been fixed in build 726.

    im using Steam to patch and login.
    And restarting steam fixed the problem indd. ty
