Alt does not let me move

    Title: Alt does not let me move
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?
    Details: Whenever I use Alt to self cast my character stops moving. Well at least when I use WASD or middle mouse button. using left+right mouse or atorun lets me run without stopping for self heal, but it is more comfortable to move using WASD
    Steps to Reproduce:Use WASD/middle mouse to move your character and press Alt
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 32713
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 GPU RAM: 2017
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.499.Date.10.28.16
    Area: Novia_R9_Hills01_SerpentsSpineMinesEntrance
    Area Display Name: Serpent's Spine Foothills
    Loc: (-47.0, 65.1, -171.3)
