Alt Tabbing during load causes movement to not work

    Title: Alt Tabbing during load causes movement to not work

    Details:I believe it is caused by Alt Tabbing, but will keep an eye out to be sure.

    Latest time, I was loading into Owl's Sky City and when I Alt-Tabbed back into the game my movement, including Space, keys wouldn't work.

    Enter and then typing does work for chat. Number keys activate hot bar.

    Steps to Reproduce:Load a scene, alt-tab out while it is happening, then back in either during load or afterwards. Will try to get more specific data.
