Amazon Payments issues?

    Anyone else having issues with Amazon Payments?
    Made a purchase of COTO's yesterday during the livestream. The payment is still processing. Amazon paymnets shows it as pending, waiting to be collected by Portalarium, however it hasn't been processed on Catnip's/portalarium's end.

    I know there maybe some kinks to work out with the transfer of SOTA from Portalarium to Catnip Games, and this looks like one of them.

    Could someone with the power to do so, check into this for me?

    Im not sure why it take so long, i remember buying things a few time and it take over a day too to get it. Just have to wait payment process, not sure if they doing this manually or what.

    I've used Amazon Payments before and never had to wait this long for it. I'm sure it has to do with the SOTA transfer, and I'm patient. :)

    I've head no issues with PayPal, I do notice a little delay with using the credit card, never used Amazon

    I've had no issues with Amazon Pay before. Transactions have always been quick and painless.
    I did contact Amazon, they said the payment has been authorized, and no issues they can see. Elgarion has said there's no issues on SOTA's end.
    However, there's a bit of money floating around somewhere. I do trust it will be resolved and all kinks/bugs/whatever get worked out. :)

    @Elgarion I still have not received my Crowns purchase yet. SOTA website still shows the transaction as pending. Amazon says the transaction is complete on their end.

    Not sure why its taking so long. Every now and again we'll have a PayPal one take 5-7 and no idea why. First time I've had an Amazon related CS ticket.

    I've pushed this to our web guy who's familiar with our payment service. More to come. (I'll reply to you via the email chain we have going).
