Details: Crafted and placed a 16x16 ancient stone 'A' at this spot in home lot dungeon. After adding and entering it, it was impossible to place deco. Trying to place a floral hedge bear ended up with it 'stuck' to the cursor, and impossible to get out of that mode. Upon forcing a relog and reentering, the bear was in my inventory but the room is no longer present either in the dungeon or in my inventory. This is the second time this has happened (a segment disappearing) and it is getting very old already. I'll try support@, but there is bug here and it need fixing.

Did you possibly check the bank to see if it might have shown up there?

 

Checked bank, rewards and inventory, nothing there. This is a bug, needs to be fixed, not denied.

 

I also lost 2 rooms: Neither room is there but they are still counting against my Dungeon Point total, I checked the bank, rewards, inventory ... nothing.

Is anyone looking into this? Sarah responded back on 1/8 and said my rooms are floating in space and completely inaccessible, and it was forwarded to the tech team as a critical bug (#63606), and since then ... no response ....

I've also sent a emails into support ....

I don't want to use the "disassemble the entire dungeon" approach because I've got many hours of deco time invested.

 

Still no reply on this. Since Sarah left seems like tech support has shut down!?? This was raised to critical bug status for the tech team to investigate (#63606) on 1/8. A response of any type would be appreciated, just so I know you're there. Thank you.
