Anyone make a Shrine of Attunement yet?

I haven't even tried that platform. Well, I did once early on, before I knew the lightnign strikes were a good thing. Do the water elementals spawn right away, or they later waves?

 

There are two water elementals that spawn on that platform (that I can tell) and you have to leave the scene to get them to respawn. Maybe they respawn if you clear all the air elementals too but I didn't do that. It was hard enough just killing the ones I had to in order to get at the water elementals.

I think one of those ele platforms is a wave battle, with Suutak as the final boss. I have no idea which, though.

 

Someone said that the lightning strikes were preceded by a dark spot on the ground. That's not true. The dark spot only appears after the lightning. I couldn't see any way to predict when it would happen other than it's always in the same places. Maybe there's a pattern and if you follow it then you might survive (provided you can survive the elementals).

 

Are there water elementals somewhere other than that platform? The only reason that I'm trying to get that pattern is so that I have all the elemental shrines. Otherwise, I wouldn't spend any time on that platform because, like I said, not fun.

 

Not that I have seen. I hadn't even seen them on that platform, to be honest.

 

7 of the water shrine recipes dropped in the Well of Aldur scene in the last 7 days. It is dropping there (and only there). 52 Water elementals were killed.

Since release, 33 have dropped.

Well, I managed to kill one. Got two uncommon Tears.

 

Yup.

The first third of the platform where the gondola stops doesn't have the debuff. I would lure the elementals there, try to survive while the debuf wears off then fight them from there.

Where do I get Ankh of Sacrifice? I looked in the release notes and they said that elf casters would drop them, so I went to the rise library and killed a bunch of elven mages and nothing.

 

I got a bunch there yesterday. It took a bit. But they seem to drop uncommons , so it's not too bad.

Yeah, that's what I did. But my next attempt, I got like, three at once and died.

 

The air elementals like to blow you off the edge too.

But hey, daemons are still not too tough. I don't think they upped the drop rate on Heart of V'Rul, though. We'll see.

 

Dressed up my oracle confirmatory with the shrines.

 

Ugh. Yeah. I made a few more attempts, but I got frustrated and gave up.

Went and got the Chaos recipe, though. SO... only 16 heart's of V'rul to go...

Would love a lower level wave battle in a scene somewhere, where each wave was a different normal-difficulty elemental type, leading up to a single "boss" elemental that's maybe 15k health or so. Boss type (fire/air/earth/water) is random each time, but has a better than average chance to drop the corresponding recipe/artifact.

 

Let me know if you need some help. It might be easier with two.

 

I'm not sure it'll help a lot, unless one of us can tank. It doesn't take many hits with 0 focus to die, when your armor is mainly coming from Shield of Air.

But hey, either I just got really lucky, or Hearts of V'rul are dropping a little better now. 14 more to go...

Or maybe the game is trying to apologize for letting me go four hours (325 air eles) today without a Suutak's Bluster.
