We are so very sorry about the messiness of this release. The performance changes we made introduced a lot of unfortunate side effects that did not manifest themselves during internal testing that we are slowly working through.

We had a build failure but we are back on track.

This build has fixes for player position errors, stability problems, offline rewards and a host of other minor issues.

The track record of Portalarium has been very very good and continues to be so. Even with these small issues, we continue to see you all press forward and release things on time.. sometimes there are going to be a few bumps and bruises.. these things happen.. We will continue to dust ourselves off and press on with you!

Thank you for taking the time to apologize or acknowledge the opportunities for correction on this release and to work late on a Friday to get the fix in.

I have a mindset that since the game is not finished that things will break and get fixed and sometimes I need to be patient, but the game is so fun that I don't want to wait.

The amount of entertainment that I have been able to get out of a game that is not even finished is astonishing to me.

I don't give much forum feedback other than reporting bugs because I have faith that this development team knows what it is doing and that when the game is released it is going to be excellent.

Ah yes this.
Woulda been on all thurs fri n bit of sat. But now i wont play till tuesday. Buddy was free. Got too frustrated with issues.
Def adjust deadlines to be mondays to not loose weekend play times.

 

You guys created such a great and exciting world for us to adventure and explore...

And as far i know no world is perfect

It's funny. I played all day Thursday and yesterday, at least 10 hours. I was all over Novia, killed lots of naer-do-wells, was in sundry towns, planted crops, grilled up lots of spider legs in garlic butter...with nary a hiccup. I was thinking, "Damn! These folks have really done well this time." And now I'm finding out there was a ton of issues. They certainly didn't affect me.

 

Yes, let's do Monday or Tuesday release date as "experiment" It will be very controversial like many others "experiments" we have recently

 

Just tried playing again, still having issues with rapid shot not doing damage.
