Apple Tree, pumpkin bushes no longer placeable as deco

One of the side effects of not allowing us to grow inside a house is now you cannot use these items as deco. I loved the little tiny apple tree. It would be nice if the game knew the item was fully grown and then allowed it to be placed inside when it was, and then disallowed replanting if picked and still inside or something.

I imagine the flag for placeable inside was just checked off, and making placement intelligent would mean more code, but I really want my apple, pumpkin plant etc deco back. (or make us some flower pots/beds with something non agricultural like the purple, yellow and blue flowers around houses in npc towns)
