Going beyond Boreas throne, i face the same falling issue. It brings me back to the 3 keyhole entrance.

I have restarted Client
I have rebooted PC
Tried using steam client

Edit - When the OP here said he fell again at 2nd spot, I decided not to go into the abyss to pop back at the beginning. So, I ran back out to try to go thru the yellow door to where Notus is... I couldn't go back.

My only choice was to go on ahead, but this time, the missing world art was there.

So, a temp workaround for others who have this issue... if you see a giant hole in the dungeon, go back as far as you can and then try again.
