    When you use health potion, it decreases the power of all other potions like might, Deftness, growth potion and potion of resistance even after consumed.

    Health, Focus, and Restoration potions now feature a 30s cooldown and a stacking Elixir Receptiveness penalty of 25% which lasts for 30s and can even affect existing potion buffs throughout the debuff duration. As more powerful potions are added to the game, many of which will be for situational use, we’ll be employing these effectiveness type debuffs to encourage more careful/planned use of potions yet still afford some flexibility if another potion must be taken in emergency situations at a reduced effect. (The first patch just after release will contain improvements to the stacking of this debuff.)
