[As Designed] Mounts can climb ladders

    Title: Mounts can climb ladders
    Reproduction Rate: 100% so far
    Blocker? no
    Details: See picture. I was able to climb the ladder on my horse. I was not able to go thru the archway to the next wall piece (which I expected)
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) place a palisade wall or similar piece that includes a ladder on your lot
    2) mount your horse
    3) click on the bottom of the ladder

    Disabling this would also disable the use of Sign teleporters while mounted. I'm inclined to leave this as is ...
