Atavists of Purity

I really like the new "Traveler" encounter. I especially love the things they say as I'm slaughtering them, like "LEAVE NOVIA YOU CHICKEN-NECK BASTARD!" and "I HATE AVATARS AND FILTH!"




Please fix the broken bush textures.

 

I also love being attacked by a puritan woman with a pitchfork.

 

I thought this was a fantastic encounter as well. Died the first time against the Atavist (though he died too) as an adventure level 56 moon/archer. Subsequent times were easier of course. Any chance to rid the world of enemies to the human race wearing pointy hats makes for a good day in my book.

Having a bounty on these guys was also just perfect! The first time i missed the bounty hunter and was disappointed there was no reward, but then she showed (or i finally saw her) on the subsequent encounter. Very nice touch!

 

AND ALSO WHEN YOU GET THAT LITTLE SLIVER OF FINGERNAIL THAT'S ATTACHED TO THE SIDE OF YOUR FINGERNAIL AND YOU DON'T HAVE SOMETHING TO CUT IT WITH SO YOU PULL IT OFF BUT THAT REALLY HURTS WAY MORE BUT YOU CAN'T STOP YOURSELF BECAUSE IT'S SO ANNOYING IF YOU LEAVE IT BECAUSE IT GETS CAUGHT ON YOUR SWEATER AND DRIVES YOU FRICKIN' CRAZY!
