Attacking - no damage

    I am in Solace Bridge Outskirts, I cannot kill 2 hp chickens.
    Are these meant to be killed? Trying to get feathers for a quest.
    They are right beside a farmhouse. I am using bludgeon.
    This applies to all the npcs in the zone.
    I've left the zone and came back, same issue.
    I was able to fix this. I had to change to a party instance.
