[Audio] Certain spells/skill not playing any sound while in Central Brittany

When I cast Air's Embrace and Dash, Healing Touch, they make no sound. Other spells seem to work.
Happens all the time, this also happens periodically while in combat in other scenes. spell effects just cease playing. Sometimes reloading fixes it for a while.
