[Audio] Skill level up sound not connected to audio slider

    1. Title: [Audio] Skill level up sound not connected to audio slider
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: The sound for when a skill levels up is not connected to an audio slider and is 100% volume
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Level up a skill with all audio sliders at 0

    Same, not just that effect but there are others as well. I set master to 0% and I'm hearing background sounds like water from fountains at full effect, and some other sounds pop in and out at full% as well when master slider at 0%.
