Aug Leather, Cape and Wizard hat bug.

Details: My character Sandoz has pig tails, wears augmented cloth suit, and a wizard hat.

When I put the cape on it goes through her and sticks. This happens immediately when walking
backwards. Mages tend to do this to avoid the dying.

If I remove the wizard hat, the cape behaves again. I can run / jump and move in all direction possible
and the cape behaves. Put wizard hat on and it sticks again.

Suit, cape and wizard hat are all player made if that matters.


Steps to Reproduce: Equip a full augmented cloth suit, player made cape and player made wizard hat.
walk backwards. All pieces are dyed different colors to. Even reward capes act funny with the wizard hat.

Side note, pigtails somehow go under the cloth top rather than remain on top when the wizard hat is worn.
