Automated regression test measuring the tolerance of the RNG?

    Is there an automated regression test of the Random Number Generator to make sure that it falls within tolerance levels?

    If not then it might be something to consider. I am finding that the 2 and 5 percent chances of failure often hold true for very large values of 2 and 5.
