    1. Title: Avanish Hope - Issues
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details:
      a. It is called POT Template Example: forest 01 on the world map.
      b. If you go into it the Governor is now DarkStarr (He stole my town! :eek:)
      c. When you exit you end up in front of Home Town.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Go take a look
