    Hm strange indeed. But maybe that gets consolidated. I think you can still post here. Maybe your customer service issues get solved by Black Sun in the future.

    Dunno, official email stated that customer accounts will be migrated to new environment. Would be great to hear some clarifications on that form Dev team.

    I am sure Black Sun guys has good intentions but similar to Nexus-6 this shift is ethically and politically unacceptable for me.

    Also fact that Baltic States are excluded from Europe and EU in this context is really annoying.

    I hate it when a company/website/software chooses the language they serve me based on my location. If I lived in an affected country and didn't want this, I would write to Portalarium and request that my account be switched back to English. Or ask them to pay for Russian lessons!

    Hello everyone!

    I live at Russia (sorry for my grammar, use translater), and i can understand topic starter. Black Sun servise is awful, it was realy realy bad idea.
    So:

    1. If i create new accaunt

    I see terms of use, and it is not official EULA. Its prefer processing of personal data and there are no many postions from official site.

    2.

    This is account page - looks like bad joke. It havent many functions:
    - steam integration,
    - bundle updates,
    - stuff managment,
    - link to downloadable client of ANY versions!!! (win, mac, lin),
    - alone link go to buyng page.

    3.

    At official social web group, member of Black Sun asking, that they dont take a bug reports!!!

    We must send reports to Portalarium support, but there arent links or e-mail adress....

    4. And this main page. Just release notes. Nowhere info about events and another important news. Our players now cut from global community life.

    We were transferred on services which do not exist or made so bad that usage of this "services" is the just continuous pain. And it is only the tip of the iceberg.

    Same here. Can't access my official account. I'm from Ukraine.
    Cant pay rubles, because we have different currency. Please give me my access back.

    If you asks me... it's absolutely not correct to force users to that step. Black Sun has even no power to claim any responsibility about european market issues.
    It's like someone would announce that all business regarding the US has to be done via Venezuela because of tax reasons :D

    1. Not posible to enter my "new" account page - https://www.sota-game.com/ not have Steam integration.
    2. In Ukraine russian services Yandex, vc.com bloked, and this makes it impossible to enter to account page.
    3. In Ukraine direct payment to Russia blocked many banks. That cause not posible any new payment to Portalarium from me - not teletons, not shop.
    4. I cant see any official announsmet and weekly updates

    Hope i recive my phisical goodies, because i not have any acces to my account page, and check any info.

    P.S. Sadly, but must say - Port, you do very not profeccional.

    This saddens me to see that they needed to open this can of worms publicly to get that attention that this issue needs. I know that they were holding this back and giving Dev’s time to solve this, well not weeks but days atleast.

    I can completely understand my fellow gamers concerns . And I highly recommend Portalarium to take serious investigation and decide how to solve this issue before it gets even bigger and hurts whole game.

    There is an additional reason for not migrating accounts based on location. I am an American resident stationed in Baku, Azerbaijan for 4 years. I only speak and read English and at the end of 4 years I will return to my home in Athens, Georgia, the state not the country! Migrating my account to Black sun automatically redirects me to the Russian web site, which I can not read, and there is no option on the website to change it to English. I still go to the US forums but for how much longer? I have tried to re-re-direct back to the us page but www.shroudoftheavatar.com continues to go to the www.sota-game.com page. Also what happens when I return home? Will my account still be on Black Suns servers? All this was done without my permission or interest in why I am using an American account even though my location shows me elsewhere.

    As @Nexus-6 said "I can not and will not use the services provided by Russia. For many reasons."
