When fishing in Blackblade Foothills off the bridge,
    with a lava pole,
    pax ring,
    Gem lures (both types),
    and 89 bait recovery skill,
I was recoving minnows and NOT the Gem lures I had cast out.
It should be returning the expensive Gem Lures not minnows.

This occurs 100% of the time while fishing with either type of gem lures.
