Banked reward items missplaced after patch

    Alot of my reward items got missplaced to Estgard bank from Harvest bank after i patched to R33.

    Apparently the guards are enforcing the "must have papers" quest now which i dont have so i cant go grab them either.
    Could use some assistance with this.
