Details: Barry, Banker at Owl’s Head, returns to his spawn point even though it’s very close by, causing your bank inventory to close.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Go to location Owl’s Head 69.0, 87.3, 249.1

2) Talk to Barry, open your bank.

3) Observe Barry will walk away and come back

4) Have another player walk up to Barry and talk with him

5) Player will notice the bank inventory opens

6) Barry walks back to his spawn point and returns

7) Observe that the bank inventory may stay open or close (possibly due to the position of where the player is standing)

Recommendation: I think the spawn point for the banker needs to be closer to the teller than the door.

AMD 8350 w/Geforce 970, Windows 8.1, 16 GB RAM, SotA Release 554.
