Not sure if that is a wishlist
or should be reported as a bug. Although unless they ban you from the lot itself it wouldnt matter I would think

If possible, want to get some clarification...

Was the player' access level to the lot removed ( was kindred or co-owner etc, and removed them from the list), or were they banned?

Vesper killed me in my house so when i rezed i went to the lot stone and banned him from my house. Being he was still in my house he killed me again and didnt leave my house so he was banned but being he was already in it he got to stay till he left again.

I would think if i banned him it would kick him out of the house he said that is not the case and its always been that way.

If he could kill you, you would either be in a PVP zone or be yourself PVP flagged. In that case common sense says to *lock your doors* to prevent anyone from entering unlees you open up for them.

Why do people in this game insist on defending the exploiters?

If he was PVP flagged and you were PVP flagged or in a PVP zone, then he did not do anything wrong killing you...

However I was not specifically referring to that one PVP player but to PVP players in general: If you are PVP flagged or have a house in a PVP zone, then lock your doors unlest you actually want to be visited by other PVP players.

Someone didn't read what I posted
There isn't a problem with the pvp didnt even say that was the problem. I said he went into my house killed me so I banned him from the lot so he can't sneek on me again. I went back into my house that he was still in because banning him from my house didn't kick him out of it and he killed me again. The post was never about me getting killed in pvp mode it was why when I banned him from my house why didn't it kick him out of it.

And I was not in a pvp zone or pvp town I was just in pvp mode and all is fair if I get killed in pvp mode but if you banned from my house and ur still in it it should kick you out not let you stay on the lot till you leave.

This is not a bug, it is correctly posted as a wishlist item. The player manual advises: "Players added to your Banned list are blocked from passing through doorways, and are prevented from entering your basement or dungeon. Banning a player does not prevent that player from being able to walk onto your lot.".

Being able to eject someone from your lot by banning them would allow for a grief/exploit of flipping the ban on and off when fighting PvP (this would also open up to to non-PvP flagged players getting griefed).

Please note that adding a player to the ban list for your house only prevents the listed players from returning to your house if you lock your doors. This is not a lot level ban.

If flagged as PvP, everywhere other PvP players are is fair game. If pursued, the main option would be to unflag. Choosing the PvP life comes with risks ;)

I'm closing this thread as we have made an official response to the request. The Devs will still discuss the request as part of our normal processes as we do for each wishlist item.

Fixing this to evict them unless both the homeowner and the banned person are flagged PVP.
