    Title: Zero Crits from Bard Skills

    Details: I've combed my logs and see no crits at all for any bard skills. I can understand how swords would crit, magic damage meh maybe you hit a soft spot, magic heals do you say the words right? I don't see why Bard Skills should not have critical hits like all other disciplines.

    [Dev Review] Since Barding is generally a "support" skill tree, and also all spells are "area of effect", I suspect that this is working as intended - but I am passing it upstairs for a review just in case.
