Bard Spec isnt adding any added effect to Rhapsody of Recovery and Mesmerizing Melody

    Details: Bard Spec isnt adding any added effect to Rhapsody of Recovery and Mesmerizing Melody. After unlocking and leveling up bard spec, mouse over these 2 abilities and note no change.
    Bard Spec: "This skill adds additional effects to all other bard skills in the tree." Also this could be seen as a typo, since it only technical adds 1 additional effect and making that plural can be confusing. Should read "This skill adds one additional effect to each of the bard skills in the tree." But I guess that is another bug altogether... but if they are other hidden effects, this might not be a bug. For example; some effects apply twice, I thought this was a bard spec thing, but other players without the spec reported the same thing so I posted a bug about it: https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/f...elody-of-mending-can-be-applied-twice.163604/

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Log in
    2. Open Bard Skill tree
    3. Mouse over bard skills and note the descriptions
    4. Mouse of Bard Specialization, read description, unlock and level it up
    5. Mouse over all other bard after unlocking spec and turning on and read descriptions; more specificaly Mesmerizing Melody and Rhapsody of Recovery

    This is still an issue in R82 (SotA.Win.64.1295.Date.10.02.20)
    Confirmed with several tests. In the information below, I describe an example test & its results, along with some additional information about the bug.


    Example: 2 players with melody of mending at the same level (121) and both have 3-day blessing of invigoration active. One player has bard spec level of 1 and one player has bard spec level of 80. We had no gear of other buffs that would effect bard skills.

    Player with spec level 1:
    a 5 stack of melody of mending heals self and others for 73 points every 2 seconds.

    Player with spec level 80:
    a 6 stack of melody of mending heals self and others for 73 points every 2 seconds.


    So, spec in bard appears to have two problems with melody of mending:
    1. Increasing Bard spec does not proportionally increase heal others bonus (or it does not apply the buff correctly)
    2. The 6th stack/charge does not increase power of the spell over a 5 stack/charge.
